What You’ll Do

- Lead the full restaurant opening from pre-opening through launch and beyond
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing FOH team
- Drive a fun, energetic, and guest-focused culture
- Own day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and consistent service
- Manage scheduling,



labour, and cost controls to hit financial targets
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and build a robust local following
- Partner with senior leadership on systems, standards, and ongoing growth

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience
- Experience in high-volume, elevated casual concepts
- New opening experience is a strong asset
- Work within a concept with a strong beverage focus
- Strong leadership presence - hands-on and team-focused
- Passion for hospitality, people, and creating a great atmosphere
