We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations.

Position Summary

The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for the overall management, profitability, and success of the hotel. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational, financial, and people management skills who can drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.

- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards are consistently achieved.

- Develop and implement business strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

- Manage budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost controls.

- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff.

- Maintain compliance with all health, safety,



and regulatory requirements.

- Establish strong relationships with guests, vendors, tourism organizations, and community partners.

- Monitor market trends and implement sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and revenue.

- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as General Manager, PREFERABLY HILTON FRANCHISE.

- Solid knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial planning.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.

- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
