- Operational Leadership: Oversee Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations to maintain brand standards, quality control, and food safety compliance.
- Financial Management: Manage P&L; responsibilities, sales forecasting, labor controls, prime costs, inventory, and budgeting to maximize profitability.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive environment that supports growth opportunities.
- Guest Experience: Lead by example on the floor, resolving guest concerns promptly and building lasting local guest relationships.
- Local Marketing & Execution: Execute corporate marketing initiatives and drive local store marketing to build community connections and grow sales.
Pay: $67,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
