We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager of Restaurant to lead our team to excellence! Duties

- Lead daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing food preparation, and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a talented and motivated staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors to maintain optimal stock levels.




- Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement training programs on food safety, kitchen procedures, and hospitality best practices to elevate team performance.

Skills

- Extensive experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food service operations.
- Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Proficient in POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming environments.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in interviewing and team development.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling protocols, and hospitality industry best practices.
- Ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards across all areas including serving and barista services if applicable.
