Le Gestionnaire de Projets ERP sera responsable de piloter l'implantation complète d'une solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations au sein d'une organisation manufacturière nord-américaine d'envergure.

- Diriger l'implantation complète d'une solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;
- Collaborer avec les équipes finance, opérations et TI
- Gérer les échéanciers, les budgets et les risques du programme
- Animer les comités de gouvernance et soutenir la prise de décision
- Superviser la migration des données, les essais et la mise en production
- Œuvrer dans un environnement basé sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;

PROFIL

- 8+ années d'expérience en gestion de programmes ou projets ERP
- Expérience démontrée dans la direction complète d'un projet D365 F&O;
- Bonne connaissance des modules Finance et Production de D365 F&O;
- Expertise dans la gestion d'intégrateurs et de fournisseurs externes
- Aisance dans un environnement manufacturier
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et résolution de problèmes
- Connaissances de Power Platform, Azure et Microsoft Copilot (atout)
- Certification PMP, PgMP ou SAFe (atout)
- Baccalauréat en TI, administration, ingénierie ou finance
- Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for leading the full implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution within a large North American manufacturing organization.

- Lead the full implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; solution
- Collaborate with the finance, operations and IT teams
- Manage the program's schedule, budget and risks
- Facilitate governance committees and support decision-making
- Oversee data migration, testing and go-live activities
- Work in an environment based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;

PROFILE

- 8+ years of experience in managing ERP programs or projects
- Demonstrated experience fully leading a D365 F&O; implementation
- Strong knowledge of the Finance and Production modules of D365 F&O;
- Expertise in managing systems integrators and external vendors
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft Copilot (asset)
- PMP, PgMP or Protected certification (asset)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, administration, engineering or finance
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
