Dynamic Glass & Door is a full-service commercial glazing contractor specializing in aluminum, glass, and door installation and repair. We pride ourselves on high integrity, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and safety-minded Glazier to join our team. The ideal candidate has robust technical skills in glass and aluminum systems, works well independently or in a team, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship. Performance-based bonus opportunities are available for high achievers.

Responsibilities

- Install commercial storefronts, window walls, curtain walls, and entrance doors.
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair aluminum doors, hardware, and glass assemblies.
- Measure openings accurately on-site for frames, glass lites, railings, partitions, and custom enclosures.
- Replace damaged glass, faulty sealant, and malfunctioning door hardware.
- Complete job site paperwork, maintenance records, and task documentation accurately.
- Maintain high safety standards, including working safely at heights and operating power/hand tools.
- Support Training and onboarding new team members as needed
- Communicate clearly with stakeholder, provide updates and resolve issues promptly




- Contribute ideas for innovative solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Experience

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial glazing, glass, or framing experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Licensing: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required.
- Technical Skills: Strong aptitude for math, precise measuring, and power/hand tool operation.
- Physical & Site Requirements: Comfortable working at heights; willing to travel out-of-town during the day or overnight as needed.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, strong work ethic, solid communication skills written and verbal, and a commitment to job-site safety, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
