You will spearhead the month-end closing process and handle financial statement preparations. This role seeks candidates with a CPA and public accounting experience, with skills in managing audits and cash operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute detailed reviews for month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial reporting packages
- Coordinate with auditors during the audit process
- Supervise cash management operations and policies
- Create monthly variance reports to aid decision-making Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA designation is mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience in public accounting
- 1-2 years accounting experience in a private company preferred
