Quarry Oaks Golf Course is looking for a reliable and skilled Golf Course Mechanic to join our maintenance team for the golf season.

The Golf Course Mechanic will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of our fleet of golf course equipment and vehicles. This position will work closely with and report directly to the Golf Course Superintendent.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Service, maintain and repair golf course equipment and vehicles, including:
- Mowers
- Rollers
- Tractors
- Golf carts
- Gators/utility vehicles
- Perform regular preventative maintenance, repairs and inspections
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Willingness to learn specific golf course course cutting units and adjustments required
- Assist with equipment preparation and seasonal maintenance
- Provide casual golf course maintenance support when required
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe mechanical shop
- Keep tools, equipment and work areas clean and organized
- Assist the Golf Course Superintendent and maintenance team with other duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements





- Previous mechanical experience preferred
- Experience with small engines, agricultural equipment, turf equipment or similar machinery is an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, organized and safety-conscious
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical duties as required
- Golf course maintenance experience is an asset
