Mill Run Golf Club is one of the largest golf and banquet facilities in Durham Region. It is a semi-private golf club set in the rolling hills of Uxbridge Township. Its members and clientele are drawn from Durham & York Regions as well as Metropolitan Toronto. Mill Run Golf Club includes 27 Championship and 18 Executive holes as well as an extensive practice and instruction area.

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Golf Services team. Mill Run looks to provide the highest levels of customer service to its members and guests. As part of our team, you must work to achieve our goal of making sure every member and guest receives a high-quality experience.

Job Summary

Golf Services at Mill Run will include mostly back shop, bag drop duties & starting while providing excellent customer service.

Applicants must be available to work until the end of the 2026 golf season.

Successful applicants will be responsible for outside duties around the golf course, such as:

- Cart Maintenance - Washing, parking,



gassing and staging.
- Driving Range Maintenance- Picking range balls, cleaning range balls, prepping range for lessons and having surrounding area kept clean.
- Member Services- Assisting members and public golfers in getting ready for their round of golf (loading clubs on cart, checking cart is clean, providing a key and assistance to start their round)
- Assist in pace of play management and relaying information to members and guest.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

- Able to work shifts - days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Punctual and reliable
- Must be able to work under pressure during busy periods
- Good communication skills, written and spoken English
- Wage increases on October 1st to $17.95

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $17.60 per hour
