We’re looking for one or two super sharp, high-energy individuals who want to grow with us for the long haul.

The Role This is an entry-level trainee position assisting our Senior Golf Simulator Specialist with a clear path to becoming a full Project Manager. You’ll start by learning the systems, the processes, and the products, before scaling up to manage full projects end-to-end.

Day-to-day you’ll:

- Answer emails and keep communication sharp and professional
- Build accurate estimates in NetSuite using transcribed phone calls from RingCentral and any additionally provided client details
- Learn every system, technology, software and product we work with (Get to play with the latest and greatest Golf Simulator Tech out there)
- Assist in organizing, setting up, and running high-energy, in-person simulator demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Develop a real eye for design and practical knowledge of what actually works (and what doesn’t) in different spaces by attending studio installations to build a practical understanding of spatial design, room ergonomics, and custom construction logistics.
- Learn core systems to be able to provide quick, effective troubleshooting for client inquiries and hardware setups.
- Bring energy, passion, and a “how do we make this better?” attitude every single day

· Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs unassisted on occasion and utilize team-lifting or material handling equipment for larger items during job site installations, demo setups, and hardware testing. · Quick learner with business software, gaming setups, and technical troubleshooting.

- You have a love for golf, gaming PCs, sports technology, and emerging gadgets
- Hands-on, energetic, and open to a potential lifelong career path with our team in a very cool industry
- Someone who wants to grow into a Project Manager role over time
