The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing high‑quality visual assets that support Amico Affiliates' corporate brand, marketing initiatives, proposals, and internal communications. This role collaborates closely with Marketing, Communications, Proposals,

and Business Development teams to ensure cohesive, professional, and on‑brand design across digital and print platforms

Responsibilities

- Design and produce marketing and corporate materials including brochures, proposals, presentations, advertisements, signage, and trade show assets.
- Develop digital content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and internal platforms.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all Amico Affiliates companies.
- Support proposal and pursuit teams with visually compelling layouts, infographics, and document formatting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate technical or complex information into clear visual communications.
- Prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with external vendors and printers as required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
- Ensure designs align with industry standards, accessibility best practices, and corporate branding requirements.
