We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Graphic Designer & Print Production Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for graphic design, artwork preparation, prepress, and hands-on print production. The role also includes assisting with apparel decoration, wide-format printing, social media content, and general print shop operations.

Responsibilities

- Create and modify artwork based on customer specifications
- Prepare and check files for print production
- Handle prepress, printing, and finishing
- Create graphics and content for social media posts and promotions
- Assist with apparel decoration and wide-format printing
- Operate printers, scanners, and finishing equipment
- Assist with day-to-day print shop operations
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and production timelines

Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign




- Valuable understanding of graphic design and print production
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Previous print shop experience is an advantage
- Experience with apparel decoration and wide-format printing is an advantage
- Creative, self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- French language skills are an advantage
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Nepean, Ottawa, ON

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
