Training will be completed within the first six weeks of employment on areas of the business specific to SpeedPro Canada and may require weekend training. Projects underway will continue in the normal course of business to allow hands on training to take place.

Design

- Priortize time to complete graphic designs and illustrations on a timely basis
- Adapt existing illustrations
- Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations inorder to meet their communications needs
- Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and finalillustrations
- Produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations
- Co-ordinate sub-contracting
- Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements andcontent of communications materials
- Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives
- Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements

Marketing:
- Responsible for building brand awareness and educating prospective clients on SpeedPro's capabilities
- Keep SpeedPro’s marketing tools up to date with recent pics and promotions utilizing EMMA, Facebook, Instagram, (Google-Ads) and SpeedPro Website.Implement phone marketing initiatives, direct mail programs and target marketing strategies.
- Coordinate sales and production staff to create visually appealing graphics for various campaigns and initiatives
- Utilize Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.




- Implement motion graphics and video editing to enhance our digital content.
- Ensure all graphics are consistent with our brand guidelines and industry standards
- Assist with project estimates and invoicing, and various administrative duties.
- Provide verbal and email status and pricing information to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and customer service processes.
- Provide periodic proactive follow-up on open quotes and question satisfaction on completed projects.

Knowledge Requirements: Large Format Printing is a must. Full knowledge and training on Illustrator, Corel Draw and Photoshop software. General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Fine Arts, Digital Arts, or Business Administration (Preferred)
- Graphic design experience 3 - 5 years (Preferred)
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe suite platform.
