Searle Greenhouses is a family run business that has been operating in East Selkirk, Manitoba for over 45 years.

We are currently looking to hire a full time team member that also has a Class 1 license.

Candidates must have their own reliable transportation as there is no option for bus services

Position Summary:

We’re looking for self-sufficient, motivated Class 1 driver who's looking to do more than just sit behind a wheel. This position is preforming general duties around the greenhouse all year round and runs loads when needed.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload trucks, help ensure accuracy of loads, trailer shunting
- Basic vehicle maintenance, part runs,
- Delivery/pick up of loads in Manitoba/Saskatchewan, possibly across Canada
- Able to lift 75 lbs., bend, and squat repeatedly,
- Forklift and telehandler experience an asset




- Able to attend work on a regular and consistent schedule,
- On call for after hours help,
- Meticulous attention to detail,
- Basic math skills,
- Other such duties as assigned,
