The Plant
Accountant will play a key role in the financial and operational sustainability of Greenfield's Brampton Packaging Facility. With an emphasis on inventory accuracy and cost analysis, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold the integrity of financial reporting practices. We seek individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory reconciliation and variance investigations
- Support accurate costing and financial reporting
- Help execute month-end accounting responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and procurement tasks
- Participate in ERP enhancements and training Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in a finance role
- Degree in Accounting or Finance is necessary
- Progress towards CPA designation is advantageous
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
