About ElektraFi
Money touches nearly every part of life, yet most people are expected to make important financial decisions without the information, tools, or support they need. ElektraFi is changing that.
ElektraFi is a Canadian financial well-being technology company that helps employees understand the full value of their compensation, benefits, savings, and financial future. Through intuitive technology, practical education, personalized guidance, and access to financial professionals, we help turn financial complexity into clarity and confident action.
We work with forward-thinking employers, HR leaders, benefits partners, and organizations across Canada that want financial well-being to become a meaningful part of the employee experience.
Our mission: To inform, inspire, and equip people so they can realize their full potential.
We are growing, moving quickly, and building something that can improve the financial lives of people across the country. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who wants to help bring that vision to life.
The Opportunity
This is not a role where you simply schedule posts and wait for engagement. You will help make ElektraFi feel human, helpful, and relevant—one campaign, conversation, event, and community interaction at a time.
The Growth Marketing Manager sits at the intersection of growth marketing, brand, community, and digital engagement. Working closely with the Founder and CEO and members of the leadership team, you will help execute campaigns, test new ideas, build relationships, and turn audience insight into measurable business growth.
You may be early in your career, but you are ambitious about where it can go. This role is designed for someone who wants broad exposure, real responsibility, direct access to senior leadership, and the opportunity to grow into an exceptional growth, community, or demand-generation marketer.
How You’ll Bring the ElektraFi Vision to Life
- You make financial well-being feel human. Every comment, message, campaign, and event interaction should leave people feeling seen, supported, and more confident—not overwhelmed by financial jargon.
- You turn an audience into a community. You create meaningful reasons for employees, HR leaders, CFOs, founders, partners, and financial well-being advocates to engage, contribute, return, and share ElektraFi with others.
- You find the voices that can carry the mission forward. Identifying and collaborating with creators, experts, partners, advocates, and organizations whose values align with ElektraFi.
What You’ll Do Growth Marketing and Demand Generation
- Support and execute growth initiatives across LinkedIn, email, webinars, partnerships, events, and other digital channels.
- Help build, test, and optimize marketing funnels that generate qualified interest from employers, HR leaders, and other decision-makers.
- Track campaign performance, identify patterns, and recommend practical, data-informed improvements.
- Research target markets, competitors, industry trends,
and emerging opportunities in financial well-being and workplace technology.
Content, Brand, and Storytelling
- Help create compelling content for LinkedIn, newsletters, email campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and event promotions.
- Translate complex financial well-being ideas into content that is explicit, engaging, practical, and easy to act on.
- Develop and update marketing materials, including sales enablement assets, presentations, and case studies.
- Protect consistency in ElektraFi's voice, visual identity, and message across every channel.
Community and Digital Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions, and relevant conversations with warmth, speed, sound judgment, and an unmistakably human voice.
- Create genuine one-to-one moments that make community members, customers, partners, and advocates feel recognized and valued.
- Develop creative community activations and recognition moments that inspire participation, loyalty, and user-generated content.
- Listen for recurring questions, concerns, and emerging needs, then share actionable insights with marketing, product, and leadership.
Events and Relationship Building
- Support the planning, promotion, and delivery of webinars, executive gatherings, networking events, and community experiences.
- Create pre-event and post-event campaigns that increase attendance, deepen engagement, and convert interest into relationships.
- Help grow ElektraFi's community across Vancouver and throughout Canada.
Marketing Operations and Insight
- Maintain accurate marketing data, campaign lists, lead stages, and CRM records.
- Support marketing automation, lead nurturing, attribution, and reporting workflows.
- Build and maintain simple dashboards that connect activity to engagement, qualified leads, pipeline, and business results.
- Test new tools and processes that help the team move faster, learn sooner, and deliver a better audience experience.
What Success Looks Like
- ElektraFi's audience is growing and the quality of engagement is growing with it.
- Comments, messages, and community interactions are handled promptly, warmly, and in a way that builds trust.
- Campaigns create measurable increases in awareness, engagement, qualified leads, event participation, and pipeline contribution.
- Events are well promoted, thoughtfully executed, and followed by organized, timely relationship-building.
- You become increasingly independent, strategic, and accountable for meaningful areas of ElektraFi's growth engine.
Who We’re Looking For We are looking for an exceptional human who is curious, proactive, organized, and energized by building something early.
- You genuinely enjoy people and know how to make them feel heard—whether you are speaking with an enthusiastic advocate, a busy executive, or someone who is frustrated and needs help.
- You are a strong, fast, and thoughtful writer who can adapt your tone without losing the personality of the brand.
- You understand how people communicate online, including the pace, humour,
and unwritten rules of platforms such as LinkedIn.
- You are comfortable with data and want to understand not only what happened, but why—and what to try next.
- You are highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage campaigns, content, and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- You are hungry to learn and want to grow into a leadership role in growth, community, demand generation, social media, or brand marketing.
Experience and Qualifications
- Approximately one to three years of experience in marketing, communications, community, social media, customer engagement, events, or a related field; exceptional new graduates with relevant internships or portfolio work are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated comfort with social platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Strong project-management, research, and organizational skills.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline is helpful, but practical ability, judgment, curiosity, and initiative matter just as much.
Bonus Points
- Experience with HubSpot, Clay, or another CRM, prospecting, or marketing automation platform.
- Graphic design or content-production experience using Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, or video-editing software.
- Familiarity with SEO, paid digital campaigns, or marketing attribution.
- Experience supporting events, webinars, creator relationships, or online communities.
- An interest in personal finance, employee benefits, HR technology, or B2B SaaS.

Why Join ElektraFi
- Build meaningful skills quickly across growth strategy, B2B marketing, community, content, events, brand, and marketing operations.
