Your responsibilities include managing a team of Technicians and overseeing daily operations for accuracy and efficiency. Strong leadership and communication skills will help you build relationships and drive operational success. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations while ensuring safety and quality standards
- Assign work and manage Technicians to optimize performance
- Cultivate customer relationships and promptly handle service issues




- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery Requirements:
- Post-secondary education related to utility locating
- Supervisory experience in a relevant field
- Direct experience with underground infrastructure tasks
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental guidelines
