Duties

- Safely access rooftops and gutters using ladders, scaffolding, or power tools to perform cleaning tasks.
- Remove debris such as leaves, twigs, dirt, and other obstructions from gutters and downspouts.
- Inspect gutters for damage or blockages, reporting issues that require repairs or further attention.
- Use hand tools and power tools to dislodge stubborn debris or perform minor maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of debris and cleaning tools after each job.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding work performed, potential issues,



and recommended solutions.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ladder safety procedures.

Experience

- Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices or gutter cleaning is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete scheduled jobs within designated timeframes.
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely and handle physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic cleaning equipment is advantageous.
