Key Responsibilities:



• Act as the primary advisor for small group clients • Facilitate the renewal process from needs assessment to enrollment • Recommend and evaluate various coverage plans • Communicate health insurance concepts clearly via phone and email • Deliver timely and accurate support all year round

Requirements: • Minimum 4 years in a client-facing position • Must hold an Active Life and Health Producer License • Experience with a client portfolio or relationship management • Strong client retention and service delivery history • Ability to simplify complex concepts for clients
