Make a difference as a Construction Project Lead at Habitat for Humanity Thunder Bay, overseeing residential builds and driving community engagement through volunteer coordination. In this role as a Build Coordinator, you'll manage multiple residential construction projects throughout Northwestern Ontario, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You'll collaborate with contractors and volunteers, facilitate training, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Your leadership will be crucial in providing an exceptional volunteering experience and ensuring high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate residential construction projects from start to finish
- Manage schedules, budgets, and construction documentation




- Resolve project-related issues and maintain safety protocols
- Recruit and orient volunteers for construction activities
- Engage with donors and community partners to enhance project success Requirements:
- 3-5 years of construction project management experience
- Understanding of residential building processes and safety requirements
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans
