Duties
- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas after each client
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout their visit
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools that complement clients’ needs and enhance their at-home routines
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients,
and handling payments efficiently
- Build lasting relationships by offering excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of diverse techniques and styles
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client satisfaction
- Robust organizational skills for managing appointments and front desk duties seamlessly
