- Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products and upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare instructions, and product usage to foster trust and loyalty

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work showcasing versatility and creativity
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with clients from diverse backgrounds

- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a clean work setting
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while prioritizing client needs
- Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Valid cosmetology or barber license as required by local regulations
