Duties

- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special styling requests.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe workplace for clients and staff.
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance clients’ at-home routines and boost sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their desired look, hair care tips,



and aftercare instructions.
- Keep workstations organized and stocked with supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work or relevant certifications.
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and best practices in a salon setting.
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong retail sales skills with an energetic approach to promoting products and services.
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- A passion for hairstyling, creativity, and staying current with industry trends.
