Duties

- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and styling to meet client preferences.
- Provide expert consultations to recommend suitable styles and treatments tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, building rapport and understanding their desired outcomes.
- Upsell additional services or retail products that complement clients’ treatments, enhancing their experience.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.




- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver creative services.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
- Ability to perform retail sales by promoting products that meet client needs.
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is preferred.
- Valid cosmetology or hairstylist license as required by local regulations.
