We are seeking energetic and service-driven Style Advisors to join the team at CF Masonville Place (London, Ontario). Full Time and Part Time positions are available.

Position Summary The Style Advisor is responsible for delivering an elevated and welcoming client experience while driving sales through premium service, styling expertise and relationship building. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about menswear, enjoy connecting with people and thrive in a team-oriented retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver exceptional client experiences through authentic, relationship-driven selling.

· Provide styling advice and product recommendations aligned with each client’s lifestyle and needs.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-up and clienteling.

· Achieve individual and team sales goals while contributing to overall store performance.

· Maintain strong product knowledge across premium brands, fits, fabrics and seasonal trends.

· Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the store remains polished and presentation-ready.

· Assist with inventory processing, replenishment and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.

· Support in-store events, promotions and community engagement opportunities.

· Work collaboratively with leadership and teammates to create a positive and high-performing culture.

· Represent the HANK. brand with professionalism, confidence and enthusiasm.





Qualifications

· Previous retail or client service experience preferred, ideally within premium or specialty apparel.

· Passion for menswear, styling and client service.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Positive attitude with a collaborative and team-focused mindset.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.

· Versatile schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

· A genuine interest in building relationships and helping clients feel confident.
