Inc. is looking for a Fleet Manager at our Niagara Falls facility. In this essential role, you will oversee a talented team managing a fleet that handles hazardous waste. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, maintaining compliance, and optimizing operational costs while ensuring a reliable transportation network. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule regular maintenance and inspections for vehicles
- Supervise and mentor drivers and environmental specialists
- Oversee compliance with TDGA and other regulations




- Work with customer service to create efficient service schedules
- Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in truck driving
- At least 5 years in a leadership position
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
- Robust time management and communication skills
- Knowledge of hazardous waste operations preferred
