We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

- Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver top-tier service while maintaining a lively and engaging environment
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Oversee cash handling procedures using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to ensure accurate transactions
- Enforce food safety and food handling standards in compliance with health regulations to guarantee guest safety
- Train new team members on drink recipes, customer service techniques, and responsible serving practices
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times

Qualifications





- Proven experience as a bartender with strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; hospitality background highly valued
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for cashiering and transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change accurately, and managing inventory counts
