Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and team management. Duties

- Plan and execute menus in accordance with customer preferences and seasonal availability - Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation workers - Train new employees on proper food handling and safety procedures - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations - Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Oversee the plating and presentation of dishes to ensure high-quality standards are met Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in the food industry as a cook or chef - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations,



including food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and management - Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to implement proper procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail - Creativity in developing new menu items while also adhering to customer preferences If you are a passionate chef with strong leadership skills, we invite you to apply for the position of Head Chef.
