Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of sick leave and LTD cases • Provide tailored accommodation services for employees • Advise on HR policies and procedures for accommodations • Monitor compliance with relevant legislation • Conduct training for departments on accommodation needs
Requirements: • University degree in health sciences; certification preferred • Five years of experience in related roles • Robust interpersonal and listening skills • Knowledge of accommodation practices and policies • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations
