We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Aide to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients who need assistance with daily living. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and committed to improving the quality of life for others by helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying client areas)
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
Run errands and provide transportation to appointments (if applicable)
Remind clients to take medications (no administration)
Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors
Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
