Trans Mountain Corporation seeks a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join our team in Calgary. This pivotal role focuses on advanced safety strategies and governance through a collaborative approach within a full-time, in-office setting.
As a key contributor, you will drive initiatives aimed at responsible injury prevention and ensure the implementation of high-integrity safety standards across various projects and operations. Your ability to simplify processes and engage multi-disciplinary teams will enhance our safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives for Energy-Based Safety and hazard control • Support contractor readiness and safe work permitting • Align safety governance across organizational processes • Perform safety audits and performance tracking • Engage stakeholders for effective safety implementation
Requirements: • Relevant degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields • 10+ years of progressive energy sector experience • CRSP or equivalent designation mandatory • Demonstrated understanding of safety assurance processes • Excellent skills in communication and collaboration
