About the Role

We are looking for a Health Services Coordinator who can coordinate healthcare programs, support clinical teams, and help ensure patients receive timely and organized services.

Key Responsibilities:
Health Services Coordination: Coordinate patient services, referrals, appointments, and follow up activities to support smooth healthcare delivery.
Patient Support: Respond to patient inquiries and help resolve scheduling, referral, and service coordination concerns.
Clinical Team Support: Work with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to coordinate patient care activities.
Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate healthcare service records and ensure required information is properly documented.
Scheduling and Referrals:
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and service requests while monitoring timelines and identifying potential delays.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows, patient communication, and service coordination.
Communication: Communicate professionally with patients, families, healthcare providers, and hospital departments.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, health services coordination, patient services, medical administration, or a related healthcare environment.
Education: Diploma or degree in Health Administration, Healthcare Management, Medical Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of hospital workflows, patient services, referrals, scheduling, and healthcare documentation.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
Organization: Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a healthcare environment.
Technology: Comfortable using electronic health records, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and other healthcare administrative software.
Mindset: You are dependable, organized, patient focused, and comfortable taking ownership of coordination tasks while working collaboratively with others.
Pay: $5,306.00-$6,669.00 per month
