Dental Patient Care Coordinator Spencer Dentistry is a family-friendly, patient-centered, moderndental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-oriented Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting chance to become part of a friendly, supportive, and growing dental office.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience while supporting the administrative operations of the practice. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with dental terminology and office procedures. Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental .

Process patient information, insurance details, and claims according to office policies. Complete administrative duties including filing, data entry, email correspondence, and document preparation. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.

Assist with monitoring and ordering office supplies.



Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience Strong knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures.

Experience with Open Dental software is an asset.
