Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of Hospital Information System (HIS) related activities across clinical and operational teams
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status updates to track progress and ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate effective communication between clinical teams, leadership, and project stakeholders
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems within clinical environments

Must Have:





- Familiarity in project management tools and software and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Experience working with large cross functional teams and 3rd party teams is an asset.
- Robust understanding of hospital workflows in either clinical or non-clinical areas is an asset.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, strong organizational skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Enterprise applications (i.e., Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote) is required.
- Ability to learn new software and systems, demonstrating technical aptitude.
- Ability to work in an agile environment to deliver an EPIC HIS that meets end user needs.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team to meet HIS project milestones and ensure successful project delivery.

Nice to Have: IIA/IIP, MRT, PACS, CIIP, CCNA, MCP and/or other relevant certifications are considered an asset
