We're seeking a driven and compassionate sales professional to develop referral partnerships, support families navigating care decisions, and drive business growth within the seniors' care sector.

Fulltime Permanent

Base pay $60K plus commission and car allowance

What You'll Do

- Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centres, retirement residences, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
- Prospect and develop new referral sources throughout your territory.
- Conduct needs-based conversations with families seeking senior care solutions.
- Deliver presentations and educational sessions to referral partners.
- Manage your pipeline, territory plan, and follow-up activities.
- Consistently generate new referrals, clients, and territory growth.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of successful sales or business development experience.
- Healthcare, home care, retirement living, seniors' care, rehabilitation, or medical industry experience.




- Proven ability to build a territory and generate new business.
- Robust prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the GTA.
