Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of heavy machinery and will be responsible for performing tasks that require precision and attention to detail. Duties

- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, material handlers, shredder, and cranes to perform tasks including loading/unloading trucks, and moving materials.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively while adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Follow site plans and specifications to complete assigned tasks accurately.




- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by troubleshooting minor equipment issues as they arise.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment.
- Familiarity with, material handler, shredder, and crane operation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety practices.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job effectively.
