- Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis techniques
- Support provincial emergency hemodialysis response
- Assist with staffing and skill mix assessments
- Ensure quality assurance for kidney care practices
- Participate in direct patient support as applicable Requirements:
- Current RN registration with BCCNM
- Advanced training in nephrology nursing
- Three years of hemodialysis clinical experience
- Two years teaching or curriculum development
- Current CPR certification and BC Driver's License Lead the charge in delivering effective renal care education and emergency support at Penticton Regional Hospital.
