We are searching for a Health and Safety Manager to lead our safety initiatives in the Edwardsburg Cardinal region. In this newly formed position, report to the VP of Operations. You will be crucial in shaping our safety culture and systems, ensuring compliance with occupational health standards, and promoting effective training programs.

Your role will include risk management and establishing robust safety strategies to safeguard our workforce. Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate overarching safety leadership and strategy
- Implement compliance and safety management systems
- Lead risk management and hazard prevention efforts
- Administer personal protective equipment (PPE) strategies
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and safety training initiatives Requirements:
- Mandatory CRSP or CRST designation
- 10+ years of progressive Health and Safety experience
- Strong understanding of safety legislation and best practices
- Proven success influencing culture and communication
