Battalia Workforce is currently hiring General Labourers for a high-rise construction project in Ottawa. We are staffing for a very reputable construction developer in Ottawa. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment and supporting the project from the early stages through completion.

Responsibilities

- Perform general labour duties on an active high-rise construction site
- Assist skilled trades and site crews as required
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling
- Help with demolition, deliveries, and basic construction tasks
- Use basic hand tools safely and effectively
- Follow direction from supervisors and site management




- Follow all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications
- Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset
- High-rise construction experience is an asset
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, standing, and performing manual labour throughout the day
- Comfortable working at heights and in an active construction environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work safely and maintain a clean job site
