Overview

We offer K–G12 Math and Science courses, ranging from foundational middle school concepts to advanced secondary levels. If you are outgoing, approachable, and passionate about STEM education, this is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Teachers will be responsible for instructing and developing student competencies across General Science, Chemistry, Biology, and High School Mathematics (including AP levels). Key duties include delivering engaging lessons, improving students' comprehension of complex mathematical and scientific theories, leading safe laboratory demonstrations, and fostering a positive, high-achievement learning environment.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's Degree or above in Mathematics, Science (Chemistry, Biology, or Physics), or Education.
- Experience: At least 3 years of teaching experience within British Columbia or Canada.
- AP Expertise:



Proven experience teaching AP Math (e.g., AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Statistics) or AP Science (AP Chemistry, AP Biology) and successfully preparing students for AP exams (Required).
- Language: Native or near-native English proficiency is required.
- Certification: BC Teaching Certificate (Preferred).
- Location: Must be able to conduct in-person teaching at our Vancouver center (Required).
- Traits: Responsible, patient, and deeply passionate about STEM education.

Job Type: Part time Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
