We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Home Cleaner / Home Support Worker to join our team. Duties

- Perform residential cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and surface cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Assist clients with household chores such as laundry, organizing personal belongings, and light housekeeping duties
- Prepare nutritious meals according to clients’ dietary needs and preferences, demonstrating cooking skills and attention to safety
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining flexibility for client needs
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their requirements and provide friendly, respectful support




- Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and support activities
- Maintain organized records of services provided and report any concerns or issues promptly

Experience

- Previous experience in residential cleaning or home support services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and organize tasks effectively in a home environment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and basic cooking skills is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience in hospitality or caregiving roles will be considered an asset
