Estate Essentials is growing!

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals to join our growing team as independent subcontractors, servicing Airbnb and short-term rental properties throughout Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond & surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating beautiful spaces, and wants flexible cleaning opportunities with a professional home management company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

● Airbnb & short-term rental turnover cleaning

● Making beds and preparing bedrooms for incoming guests

● Detailed bathroom and kitchen cleaning

● Dusting, vacuuming, mopping & finishing touches

● Laundry and linen changes

● Restocking supplies when requested

● Ensuring each property is clean, organized and guest-ready

● Reporting any damage, missing items or maintenance concerns

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

● Must have reliable transportation

● Cleaning experience is an asset

● Excellent attention to detail

● Reliable and punctual

● Strong time-management skills

● Comfortable working independently

● Available for Airbnb turnovers, including some weekends

SUBCONTRACTOR POSITION

This position is offered as an independent subcontractor opportunity. You will be responsible for your own transportation, supplies/equipment as agreed upon, taxes and other requirements associated with independent contracting.
