Become a Kids First Home Visitor at Eagle Heart Centre and support families in need. Engage in culturally secure practices and provide trauma-informed assistance through home visits. This role involves offering hands-on support and fostering relationships with families to enhance their parenting skills and promote stability.

As you provide advocacy and connect families to important resources, you'll report to the Senior Home Visitor. Your empathy and cultural understanding will be key to the success of these interactions. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct home visits focused on family support
- Build trust and rapport with families for effective guidance
- Help families achieve their health, education, and housing goals




- Accurately document visits and resources provided
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Development or a similar field
- At least one year of practical experience in family support
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Skillful in Microsoft 365 applications and other data systems
- Valid Driver’s License and accessible transportation Elevate family support efforts and foster child development through your role as a Kids First Home Visitor.
