- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space

- Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary

- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being

- Document care activities, health observations, and any changes in condition diligently for accurate records





Skills

- Proven experience in assisted living or home care environments

- Strong patient care skills with knowledge of dementia, hospice, or senior care practices

- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs

- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively when assisting clients

- Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with clients and their families

- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the home setting
