Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage phone etiquette by answering calls efficiently, transferring messages, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Support guest services by coordinating reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, ensuring all materials are tidy and accessible




- Collaborate with team members to handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and documentation of guest interactions
- Assist in coordinating events or group bookings as needed, gaining exposure to hospitality event planning

Requirements

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guests effectively
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Solid customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with front desk operations or hospitality software is a plus
- Prior experience in hotel environments or guest services roles will be considered an asset
