Responsibilities

- Greet guests with a friendly and energetic attitude as they arrive, making them feel valued and comfortable
- Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and reduce wait times, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information about wait times, reservations, or general inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold a welcoming environment




- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to relay guest needs and special requests
- Assist in managing waitlists and seating charts during busy hours to maximize guest satisfaction

- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
