About Us

Jess' Sky is a beautiful restaurant located atop Eagle Mountain in Coquitlam, offering guests a welcoming dining experience with stunning views over the Fraser Valley. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and personable Host/Hostess to join our Restaurant Food & Beverage team.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host/Hostess plays an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the flow of guests and seating arrangements
- Manage reservations and assist guests with seating using our reservation/POS systems (Open Table)
- Communicate with servers and management to maintain an productive seating flow
- Answer guest questions and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with bussing tables, running food, and other front-of-house duties when needed
- Keep the host stand, entrance,



and dining areas clean and organized
- Help support the restaurant team during busy periods
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit

- Reliable and punctual
- Able to remain calm and organized in a busy environment
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
- Comfortable working as part of a team

- Must have availability to work weekdays
