Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Host/Hostess to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help ensure guests have a memorable experience. Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort.
- Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems like Micros POS, ensuring accurate tracking of guest bookings.
- Answer phone inquiries politely, providing information about the restaurant or hotel services and reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring menus and waiting areas are tidy and inviting.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to communicate guest needs and special requests promptly.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism,



aiming to resolve issues quickly and courteously.
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with guest seating and managing waitlists.

Experience

- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems such as Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and explicit verbal interaction.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service best practices.
- Experience in hotel or restaurant settings enhances your ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service.
