We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. Someone lively centrally in Calgary is a great option as you can pivot in several directions for client services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, with meticulous cleaning finishes.
This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service as we are primarily working in high end environments.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Attention to detail.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and preferences, & being able to manage short professional conversations with our clients.
- Effective time management on services with punctual arrival.
- Team player as far as coordinating and delivering cohesive, meticulous services to our clients.
Experience
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain order and efficiency in the cleaning process
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- MUST have a reliable car and drivers license for transportation.
- Professional, polished presence and presentation at client homes.
