Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain cleanliness in public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational areas, ensuring they are inviting and hygienic.
- Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate equipment and eco-friendly products to promote safety and sustainability.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
- Adhere to safety procedures and health regulations at all times to protect yourself and guests.




- Support team efforts during busy periods by assisting with laundry services or additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Experience

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting is highly preferred; experience with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality environments enhances your ability to meet guest expectations efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and sanitation practices ensures safe and effective service delivery.
